What is vSeeBox and how does it work?
vSeeBox is a premium Android TV streaming media player that allows you to watch live TV, sports, movies, and TV shows. It simply connects to your TV via an HDMI cable and requires a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) to stream high-quality content without any satellite dish or cable box.
Are there any monthly subscription fees?

What internet speed do I need for smooth streaming?
For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for standard HD streaming. If you plan to stream in 4K, 6K, or 8K (on supported models like the Elite Ultra or V6 MAX), a speed of 25-30 Mbps or higher is highly recommended to prevent buffering.
Can I watch live sports and PPV events?

What is the 7-Day Playback (Time-Shift) feature?
The 7-Day Playback feature is a customer favorite. It automatically records the past 7 days of live TV, news, and sports channels. If you miss a game or your favorite show, you can simply go back in the guide and watch it anytime within that 7-day window without having to schedule a recording manually.
